

By popular request, the Aqua Exercise program at the Del Prado Cabana Club, returns for another summer of fun and calorie burning. Cathy Stanley a certified Water Aerobics instructor will lead the class. The class will provide an opportunity for a low impact workout with little or no stress on the joints. This is an opportunity to improve cardiovascular fitness, balance and core strength. No swimming skills are necessary. The only requirements are a good attitude, a sense of humor and the ability to laugh and have fun.
Costs:
- 20 classes $100
- 10 classes $60
- drop-in rate of $7 per class
Details:
- Classes will run June 15 to August 19.
- The classes will be on Tuesday and Thursday 8am – 9am
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- A minimum of 7 prepaid participants is needed prior to June 15th to assure that this class will be held.
